Please be advised
To help Grandview Kids serve the community, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours if you are going to miss an appointment. This will give us enough time to offer the appointment to another child waiting for service. When you miss two or more appointments, our Client Services Team will call you to re-evaluate your current need for services. Not every type of appointment can be rebooked, so it is important you notify us as early as possible to rebook your appointments. To reschedule, please call 905-728-1673 or 1-800-304-6180.
How to prepare for your appointment
Complete the mandatory self-health screen
Within two hours of your appointment, perform a self-health screen (below) on every family member who is attending the appointment.
We need you to screen for the following:
- Fever
- Cough
- Cold
- COVID-19
- Influenza
- Measles
- Head Lice
- Stomach flu
If you or anyone in your family has ANY of the above, please do not attend your appointment. Please call our Scheduling Team at 905-728-1673 (toll-free at 1-800-304-6180) to rebook your appointment. If your clinician determines that your child is unwell, they may ask you to rebook the appointment.
Grandview Kids is a mask-friendly space
Grandview Kids is pleased to be a mask-friendly environment. Parents, caregivers, children and youth are no longer required to wear masks during appointments. You are, however, welcome to wear a mask anywhere in our sites. Team Grandview will continue to wear masks and personal protective equipment during some appointments and programs.
When you enter Grandview Kids:
- Sanitize your hands and your child’s hands.
- Put on a mask, if you wish to.
The state of COVID-19 in our community may change over time. Follow @GrandviewKids on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook to stay updated and informed.
