Grandview Children’s Centre is governed by an 11-member volunteer Board of Directors who live within the Durham Region and are in good standing with the Grandview Children’s Centre Corporation.
The Board of Directors holds an Annual General Meeting each June for the purpose of:
- reporting to the community on progress in the previous year;
- nominating and electing new directors to the Board; and
- releasing the Grandview Kids Annual Report.
The Board of Trustees oversees four sub-Committees:
