Important: The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) determines if a child is eligible for the ETS program. Only families who receive invitations from the Ministry may apply. Grandview Kids does not control eligibility.
If your child is eligible for the ETS program, you have received an invitation to register. You must receive an invitation to register, which was sent to you via email, mail or your AccessOAP family portal.
After receiving your invitation to register for the ETS program, you must complete a referral online on our referral page. Once you submit your referral, Grandview Kids will contact you to schedule an intake interview. Intake interviews will be booked in the order in which referrals are received.
Please refrain from calling about the status of your referral, as it will delay our referral process. Our team will be happy to answer any questions during the intake process.
