An optometrist provides vision assessments on-site at Grandview Children's Centre for Grandview Kids. There is no fee for this clinic; it is funded by OHIP. Upon arrival at your child's appointment, please present a valid OHIP card so your child's eligibility for service can be confirmed. Eyeglasses may be prescribed by the optometrist, but will not be dispensed at Grandview Children's Centre. The Optometry Clinic is intended for children and youth with complex developmental needs. If you would like to have your child referred to the Optometry Clinic at Grandview Children's Centre, please speak to your child's therapist or service provider.
We also have a list of contact information for optometrists in the community.
